FIn a desperate attempt to preserve herself, Mrs. Arroyo yesterday
made another lousy tactic.
Arroyo declared in her public statement her resolve to stay in office.
She then proposed a major cabinet revamp to patch the current political
crisis.
She can no longer deny the crisis hounding her regime. But how can
a cabinet overhaul solve a crisis perpetuated by their highest boss?
The massive electoral fraud, the long list of jueteng and corruption
cases, the incomparable state fascism, and the economy on the brink
of collapse, all point to one mastermind.
She further promotes that her alternative cabinet would have a "free
hand on governance." But we could only expect her same brutal
hand. She insists on this, while the people have long been clamoring
for a leadership under the direction of their genuine interests.
So she said it herself: “It is simply the truth that the political
system that I am part of has degenerated to the point that it needs
fundamental change.”
Which is exactly why the people are demanding for your ouster.
