We regret to
inform you that UP Outdoor Recreation Group’s photo contest
and exhibit must be cancelled for technical reasons. Due to the
lack of available computers needed for the Digital Art composition,
we have to stop the event for it will only lead to a half-baked
project and can result to major problems. The lack of availability
of computers have paralyzed us and we cannot promise your company
to get the needed number of PC at the soonest time. It is our fault
that we failed to see the importance of reserving these items before
we seek financial aid from our sponsors.
We feel bad
that we canot fulfill our promise to your company in terms of publicity
anymore. However, if there's anything we can do to help in your
company's projects, feel free to contact us. We will be glad to
help you in any way. We hope you understand our situation. We thank
you for your incessant support and we look forward in making projects
with your company again.
