Arrest JV, Miriam and Other Instigators of Pro-Erap Mob
By Rafael Mariano
Chair, Bagong Alyansang Makabayan

In view of the raging, bloodthirsty pro-Estrada mob now at the foot of Mendiola and the vicinity of Malacañang Palace, we demand the immediate arrest of all of its instigators, agitators and financiers. They must be held for all the violence and bloodshed caused by this pro-Estrada mob.

Those that should be nabbed are JV Ejercito, Miriam Defensor-Santiago, Panfilo Lacson, Juan Ponce Enrile, Gringo Honasan and the pro-Estrada members of the Municipal Mayor's League led by Jinggoy Estrada and several the rest of the Estrada criminal gang.

These elements of the Estrada criminal gang must be held accountable for directing, funding, arming and agitating the bloodthirsty mob of Estrada loyalists.

This bloodthirsty mob now marching towards Mendiola is proof that most were not masses who simply stood up for Estrada but a paid, hired, mercenary crowd out to restore their ousted and arrested idol to power. If any of these common Estrada loyalists are hurt in dispersals, blame should be laid on JV, Miriam, et al.

The arrest of the leaders of the Estrada criminal gang is part of the demands of the people for justice after People Power 2. They form the economic and political base of attempts to exonerate and restore Estrada.

Unless this is done, the Estrada criminal gang will always come back against the forces and gains of People Power 2 and attempt at saving their desperate principal.
