Of Pain, Death, Life
By
Carlo Aristotle Remollino
Behold, all
those who stand before me! Hear now:
Of pain. He,
Mighty Savior, of all the
People. Befriended, thence betrayed for silver.
A foolish human, Judas, traded coins
Of thirty silvers for our Lord's good life.
He thence knew of his ill-doing, and so
He purified his sins with his one life.
Know of Peter, who had forsaken the
Good Lord's name for thrice a time, for his own
Safety, then knew of the wrong he had done,
He kneeled down in remorse and wept deeply.
Of death. Mighty
Savior of all, His name
Was perverted, warped by those who disbelieve.
Crowned in thorns, then ripped of His clothes. Tortured.
He thence carries the cross, a cross filled with
Burden. After all these, He's crucified,
Nailed to the cross of ill. Silent, He dies.
Of life. The
sun shines on the dead sky,
Giving it life once again. The Good Lord
Rises again. All mourn becomes pleasant
Cheers to his health and life. In time, He will
Return to judge who's the hallowed, and who's damned.
